Jayme attended Drake University in Des Moines Iowa, receiving her bachelor’s degree in 2001 and her master of business administration in 2003. while earning her MBA, Jayme worked as an auditor in the healthcare industry.

After two years as a medicare auditor in Iowa Jayme moved back home to Utah and joined HJ & Associates, LLC to begin her career in public accounting. As an auditor for ten years with HJ, and as an audit partner for an additional two, she gained extensive experience with the audit process- and with running a small, local accounting firm.

Jayme assumed a leadership role at HJ and created a firm-wide training program, becoming the lead trainer for the audit department. She focused on becoming a technical expert, and accrued invaluable know-how in complex accounting issues, including equity and debt transactions, as well as business combinations.

Jayme has always focused on providing top-quality service to both private and public reporting companies, working with an eclectic array of industries. She enjoys getting to know her clients personally and creating long-standing, worthwhile relationships with each of them.

In her spare time Jayme loves to be outdoors. She enjoys camping and hiking with her family, and introducing her two young children to the Utah mountains. She played division 1 college softball and still plays every chance she gets. When the snow falls, Jayme continues to play in the mountains- on her snowboard.

Becca graduated from Weber State University with a bachelor of science in accounting and a master of taxation. She was a member of beta alpha psi and an officer of vita while attending Weber State.

After graduating, Becca worked in public accounting at HJ & Associates, LLC for six years, spending two years as a tax associate and another four as an audit associate. During her time at HJ, she trained new associates and became well versed in equity and derivative accounting for micro-cap companies.

Becca left HJ to help build MAC Accounting Group, LLP in 2016, and she became a partner of the firm in 2019. Becca has extensive experience and expertise in performing audits and audit prep work for micro-cap companies. She also has considerable experience with cryptocurrency accounting and reporting.

Becca is incredibly flexible, extremely competent, and relentlessly positive. Her clients enjoy her refreshing approach to auditing and her good nature.

When she’s not working, Becca loves to camp, spend time with her family, and work in the yard. Becca played division 1 soccer and was a goalkeeper for Utah’s semi-pro team, Real Salt Lake Women. She also trained with the Utah Royals for their inaugural season and dressed for one game (her one claim to fame!).
